SBTL participants shoot a fixed program at each shoot in the season.

SBTL rules require an adult participant to pay for all targets even if they elect to shoot less than the full program or arrive late and want to participate in the remaining events.
Junior participants (those shooters less than 18 years-old) have the option not to shoot the doubles event. Juniors who skip doubles pay a reduced target fee.
